Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Times

• For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–4 business days.

• For custom or made-to-order products, delivery times will be agreed upon after defining the project. In general, these orders take 2–3 weeks to complete and ship.

Customer-Provided Items

• If you provide materials or items for custom projects (e.g., clothing, fabrics, or other goods), you are solely responsible for sending them to us safely.

• SvetArts is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays of customer-provided items during shipping to us.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Risk & Title

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delays

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. SvetArts is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

International Orders

• For orders outside Switzerland, additional customs, import duties, or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
