At SvetArts, we take pride in our hand-painted and handcrafted products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns.

1. Custom and Unique Products

  • Custom projects: Any product created according to your specifications, including personalized designs, custom hand-painted clothes, or jewelry, cannot be returned or replaced.

  • Unique or artistic variations: Products that are inherently one-of-a-kind or have unusual artistic features cannot be returned or replaced, as these are part of their unique nature.

2. Standard Products

  • For non-custom products, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is:

    • Unused and in the original condition

    • With all original packaging and tags

  • Returns are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective product.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for non-custom products are possible only if stock is available.

  • Custom products and unique artistic pieces cannot be exchanged.

5. Shipping & Risk

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • Risk of loss or damage during return shipment remains with the customer until the item is received by SvetArts.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photographs or evidence of the damage before authorizing a replacement or refund.

7. Customer Responsibility for Intellectual Property

  • Customers providing logos, trademarks, or copyrighted designs for custom products guarantee they have the right to use them.

  • SvetArts is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
